Launched this spring by the Department of Finance at UNLV Lee Business School, the inaugural President’s Investment Challenge brought together 87 teams and 227 students from across disciplines—public health, engineering, marketing, hospitality, and more—to test real-time investment strategies in a fast-paced, high-stakes competition.

After 8 weeks of market volatility, live pitches, and 98 trades, the top 3 teams emerged:
